It is the story of a single quirky, fun loving, single mother Lorelai Gilmore, and her intelligent, funny daughter, Rory Gilmore, as they journey through life in the wacky town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut.
Along the way they face hardships and ups and downs in their almost perfect mother-daughter relationship. Luckily, they have a great group of friends who are as quirky as they are.
